Improving Services for the Community, AP II and Tangerang City Government Sign Cooperation for Commercial Utilization of 15 Assets

The cooperation of the two parties supports the improvement of better accessibility to and from Soekarno-Hatta Airport

Jakarta - PT Angkasa Pura II and the Tangerang City Government today, Monday 24 October 2022, signed a Commercial Facility Utilization Cooperation Agreement.

Through the agreement, a total of 15 objects of commercial facilities which are assets of AP II will be utilized by the Tangerang City Government to support the implementation of government activities and public services.

AP II President Director Muhammad Awaluddin said the cooperation agreement signed by AP II and the Tangerang City Government today is one of the achievements after more than a year of discussions to comply with administrative and regulatory aspects.

“AP II really welcomes the collaboration with the Tangerang City Government, which is constantly improving its services to the community. This cooperation agreement is a good example of how the Tangerang City Government and AP II strive to always provide the best service to the community while still paying attention to administrative and regulatory aspects.”

"The development of AP II assets is very possible for the interests and needs of the community, and has an impact on improving the quality of public services in Tangerang City," said Muhammad Awaluddin.

Of the 15 objects of AP II assets that will be utilized by the Tangerang City Government are Jalan Kali France, Jalan Juanda and Jalan Garuda. After this cooperation agreement, the Tangerang City Government will carry out repairs and maintenance of these road sections so as to improve the quality of public services for the people of Tangerang.

"Road repairs and maintenance of these road sections will also support better accessibility for the community to go to Soekarno-Hatta Airport and vice versa, because the three roads are one of the accesses to and from the airport for the people of Tangerang and surrounding areas," he said. Tangerang Mayor Arief R. Wismanyah agreed that the cooperation agreement between AP II and the Tangerang City Government is good news for the community.

"Hopefully our synergy (Tangerang City Government and AP II) will have an impact on progress for Tangerang City," said the Mayor of Tangerang.

Furthermore, the Mayor of Tangerang said that repairs to Jalan Kali France, Jalan Juanda and Jalan Garuda will soon be carried out.

The cooperation agreement between AP II and the Tangerang City Government is also thanks to the support of the Tangerang City District Attorney, especially in the process and systematic administration of cooperation.
