In line with this, on Thursday, July 28, 2022, AP II signed a Cooperation Agreement with the Deputy Attorney General for Civil and State Administration at the Attorney General's Office regarding the Handling of Legal Issues in the Civil and Administrative Sector.
"AP II is grateful for the support of the Deputy Attorney General for Civil and State Administration (Jamdatun) of the Indonesian Attorney General's Office. Through legal consultations provided by Jamdatun, AP II can be more focused and confident in developing its business in order to provide the best service to the community, especially airplane passengers at the airports we manage," said President Director of AP II Muhammad Awaluddin.
The cooperation includes support for legal considerations from the Jamdatun of the Attorney General's Office to AP II in the form of legal opinions, legal assistance and legal audits. In addition, the Civil and State Administration Division of the Prosecutor's Office can provide legal assistance (non-litigation and litigation) and other legal actions.
"The collaboration with Jamdatun is also to ensure that AP II is always in line with the principles of good corporate governance (GCG)," said Muhammad Awaluddin.
Muhammad Awaluddin said the acceleration of business recovery was carried out organically and inorganically.
“Organic business development can be done with subsidiaries, while inorganically through business partnerships and strategic partnerships with external parties. Through the legal considerations that will be given by Jamdatun, AP II is increasingly confident in accelerating business development, "said Muhammad Awaluddin.
As for business partnerships and strategic partnerships that are being carried out by AP II, among others, in the development and management of Kualanamu Airport and following other airports in the near future, then also in the future is the development of a cargo village at Soekarno-Hatta Airport as the largest cargo area in Indonesia.
In the same place, the Indonesian Attorney General's Office Jamdatun Feri Wibisono, S.H., M.H., C.N. said AP II is a strategic company for the benefit of mobility and is closely related to national economic growth.
“We take care to mitigate legal risks. We strengthen advises and assistance," said the Indonesian Attorney General's Office Jamdatun.

“Regarding legal opinion, apart from the legal aspect, we also complete a study from the GCC aspect to mitigate risks related to decision making. The legal opinion that we provide will be solid to mitigate the risk," said the Indonesian Attorney General's Office Jamdatun.
