Ministry of SOEs and InJourney Holding Appoint Hilda Savitri as Director of Finance and Risk Management of AP II

Jakarta - The Ministry of BUMN and PT Aviasi Wisata Indonesia (Persero) or InJourney Holding appointed Hilda Savitri as Director of Finance and Risk Management of PT Angkasa Pura II.

This decision is in accordance with a copy of the Decree of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises and the President Director of the Company (Persero) PT Aviasi Wisata Indonesia as Shareholders of PT Angkasa Pura II, Number SK-90/MBU/03/2022 and Number KEP.046/INJOURNEY/ 03/2022.

A copy of the Decree was submitted virtually today, April 4, 2022, among others, to the President Director of PT Angkasa Pura II Muhammad Awaluddin.

“AP II's extended family welcomes Ms. Hilda Savitri. We believe his track record, one of which is in the construction sector, will encourage AP II in airport infrastructure development and digital transformation in order to achieve the vision of On Becoming Airport Enterprise Leader in the Region in 2024," explained AP II President Director Muhammad Awaluddin.

Hilda Savitri previously served as Finance Director of PT Hutama Karya (Persero) Tbk, as well as Director of PT Indonesia Infrastructure Finance (2016 - 2020) and Investment Director at TAEL Management (2007 - 2015). He replaced the previous Finance Director of AP II, namely Wiweko Probojakti who was appointed as Director of IT, Consumer and Network of Bank Jateng.

In the Decree of the Minister of SOEs and the President Director of PT Aviasi Wisata Indonesia, changes to the nomenclature and assignment of directors are also stipulated. In line with this, the following are the current board of directors of AP II:

- President Director: Muhammad Awaluddin
- Director of Finance and Risk Management: Hilda Savitri
- Director of Operations: Muhammad Wasid
- Commercial and Service Director: Ghamal Peris Aulia
- Director of Human Capital: Ajar Setiadi
- Technical Director: Agus Wialdi
