On December 9, 2021, Raynaldi found a wallet containing foreign currency equivalent to Rp130 million in one of the toilets in Terminal 3. After that, according to procedure, he handed over the scattered items to aviation security (Avsec) personnel, who then returned the wallet and its contents. to the owner.
Previously, a cleaning service named Halimah also found a check worth Rp. 35.9 billion at Terminal 2 of Soekarno-Hatta Airport. The check is then returned to its owner.
Some time ago, a cleaning service officer named Rivan also found a passenger bag containing IDR 20 million in cash at Terminal 3 of Soekarno-Hatta Airport. The bag and its contents have been returned to the owner.
President Director of AP II Muhammad Awaluddin said airport staff such as Raynaldi and Halimah had made Soekarno-Hatta Airport a comfortable place.
"We are very grateful to all airport staff, including Raynaldi and Mrs. Halimah who have been able to provide a sense of security and comfort and provide the best service to airplane passengers, making Soekarno-Hatta Airport a safe and comfortable place. If goods are left behind at AP II airport, we urge passengers to report immediately to airport staff and ensure that the necessary assistance will be provided. AP II Airport has also been equipped with CCTV at various points to maintain security and monitor leftover goods," said Muhammad Awaluddin.
Besides Raynaldi and Mrs. Halimah, other staff at airports managed by AP II have also provided the best service. During the January - December 2021 period, AP II airport staff found as many as 150 items, most of which were left / scattered at Soekarno-Hatta Airport.
