Jakarta - Indonesia Starting December 1, 2021 officially holds the Presidency of the Group of Twenty (G20).

President Joko Widodo said that the G20 Presidency is a trust and honor for Indonesia.

In line with Indonesia officially holding the G20 Presidency, PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) as the manager of Soekarno-Hatta Airport is ready to welcome the G20 delegation who will attend a series of G20 meetings in Jakarta and Bali.

Executive General Manager of Soekarno-Hatta Airport Agus Haryadi said G20 delegations from various countries will start arriving next week to attend the 1st Sherpa Meeting of the G20 2022 Indonesian Presidency in Jakarta on December 7-8.

“The G20 delegation will arrive next week for the 1st Sherpa Meeting in Jakarta. Soekarno-Hatta Airport as the main entrance for the G20 delegation prepared airport handling and hospitality in welcoming the arrival of the delegation. As directed by the President, we will welcome the delegates with great joy and open arms."

"Soekarno-Hatta Airport hopes to be able to support the success of the 2022 G20 Indonesia Presidency with the theme Recover Together, Recover Stronger. We are preparing as best we can to handle the arrival of the delegation at Soekarno-Hatta Airport," said Agus Haryadi.

Agus Haryadi added that the stakeholders, namely AP II as the manager of Soekarno-Hatta Airport, then airlines, ground handling, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs, the COVID-19 Handling Task Force and other stakeholders had coordinated to ensure the smooth handling of the arrival of the G20 delegation in accordance with applicable regulations. there is.

Furthermore, Agus Haryadi said that Soekarno-Hatta Airport, supported by Bank Indonesia, provided a hospitality lounge in Terminal 3 for the G20 delegates.

"At Soekarno-Hatta Airport, hospitality lounge facilities are available thanks to the support of Bank Indonesia, which is located in the international arrivals area of ​​Terminal 3 to provide assistance related to airport handling for delegates. AP II has also formed a companion team for the newly arrived delegates," said Agus Haryadi.

EGM of Airport Service Division AP II Anindita Galuh Wardhani said the flow of the arrival of the G20 delegation at Soekarno-Hatta Airport took into account existing regulations.

"After landing, the delegation will go to the hospitality lounge, then will carry out body temperature checks and health monitoring by KKP personnel from the Ministry of Health including validation of health documents, namely vaccination letters, PCR test certificates from the country of origin, ownership of COVID-19 insurance, as well as the use of the PeduliLindung and PeduliLindung applications. eHAC. The delegates will also carry out TCM/PCR tests at the airport," said Anindita Galuh Wardhani.

Anindita said that in the hospitality lounge the newly arrived delegates would also fill out a form in the HORE system for digital data collection on the arrival of the delegates.

"Through the HORE system which is integrated with the PeduliLindung application, arriving delegates are expected to experience integrated services by ensuring the implementation of health protocols and ease of service at Soekarno-Hatta Airport," he explained.

The travelin mobile application belonging to AP II which can be downloaded on iOS and Android will also be optimized for campaigning for the G20 and also support delegates in traveling to Indonesia.

Chief Project Business Digital Airport AP II Wahyu Cahyadi said the travelin application provides information regarding the holding of the G20 Meeting in Indonesia as well as travel advisory in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.
