SOE Transformation
SOE Minister Erick Thohir emphasized that the transformation of human resources is the most important part of the ongoing SOE transformation program.
The transformation of BUMN is carried out through 5 main priorities, namely restructuring business capital, technology development and digitalization, balancing economic value as a corporation with public service functions, creating a healthy investment ecosystem and good business processes, and developing quality human resources.
"The transformation carried out is meaningless without human capital transformation," said the Minister of SOEs.
In addition, human resources in SOEs must also hold the core values of AKHLAK, namely Trust, Competence, Harmony, Loyalty, Adaptive and Collaborative.
