- 50,000 prospective passengers are vaccinated at AP II airport
- Thousands of prospective passengers use the PeduliLindung application for the departure process from AP II airport

Jakarta - The airport managed by PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) starting July 26, 2021 applies the regulations in the Circular Letter of the Head of the COVID-19 Handling Task Force Number 16 of 2021 concerning Provisions for Travel of Domestic People During the COVID-19 Pandemic.

AP II President Director Muhammad Awaluddin said the company as the airport manager coordinated with all other agencies at the airport to properly implement the provisions in SE Number 16/2021.

“We are coordinating with all stakeholders so that this provision can be implemented properly. Prospective airplane passengers must pay attention to the requirements that apply at the airport of departure and airport of destination. The flight requirements in the midst of this pandemic are quite dynamic considering the current situation and conditions, and AP II airport is ready to always implement every applicable regulation, "explained Muhammad Awaluddin.

In accordance with SE Number 16/2021, prospective airplane passengers from and to the islands of Java and Bali, as well as areas designated as areas with PPKM Level 4 and Level 3 categories, must meet the following requirements:
- Show vaccine card (at least the first dose)
- Certificate of negative RT-PCR test results whose samples were taken within a maximum period of 2x24 hours before departure.

Meanwhile, prospective airplane passengers who wish to travel to and from areas designated as areas with PPKM Level 1 and Level 2 categories, must meet the following requirements:
- Shows negative RT-PCR results or negative results of rapid antigen tests whose samples are taken within a maximum period of 2x24 hours before departure.

As for the travel of people under the age of 12 years is limited or not allowed temporarily.

“Every prospective passenger must meet the existing requirements. AP II airports are supported by the Ministry of Health's Port Health Office [KKP Kemenkes] which will validate health documents such as vaccine cards and COVID-19 test certificates. We urge prospective airplane passengers to prepare the requirements well, "said Muhammad Awaluddin.

Vaccination center and PeduliProtect app
In order to support prospective passengers to always meet the requirements and health protocols, AP II has opened vaccination centers for prospective passengers at 18 airports since July 3, 2021.

Until July 26, 2021, the total number of prospective airplane passengers undergoing vaccination at the AP II airport vaccination center has reached 50,000 prospective passengers.

"We are grateful that the vaccination centers at 18 AP II airports have full support from various parties, including the Ministry of Health, Ministry of Health KKP, Provincial Government, Regional Government, airlines, TNI/Polri and other parties," said Muhammad Awaluddin.

At the same time, AP II is focusing on digitally validating aircraft passenger health documents according to the Circular Letter of the Minister of Health Number 847 of 2021.

Through the application of the SE, prospective airplane passengers at AP II airports only need to show their digital health documents (vaccination cards and COVID-19 test certificates) in the PeduliLindung application to then be validated at the terminal by the Ministry of Health KKP officers or at the check counter. in by airline staff, using a barcode scanner or microsite.

"The response from prospective airplane passengers is quite good, they are quite familiar with the PeduliLindung application to process departures from AP II airport. It was recorded that around 4,000 prospective passengers used the PeduliLindung application to validate their digital health documents as part of processing departures, "said Muhammad Awaluddin.

The Ministry of Health's Balitbangkes has issued SE Number 4491/2021 concerning the Importance of Reporting COVID-19 Laboratory Examination Results in the ALLRECORD-TC19 (NAR) Application.

In this SE, among others, it is stated that the reporting of PCR test results for flights by health facilities/laboratories is carried out through the allrecord-tc-19 (NAR) application and/or other applications that have been bridging with the allrecord-tc-19 application, no later than 2 hours after inspection results have been verified.

As is known, prospective passengers who have been vaccinated will receive a digital vaccine card in the PeduliLindung application. Those who carry out PCR tests at health facilities/laboratories that are integrated with the Ministry of Health's NAR will also get test results in the PeduliLindung application.

AP II Airport currently manages 20 airports including Soekarno-Hatta Airport which is the largest airport in Indonesia.
