As an effort to achieve this target, the company launched a Business Recovery 2021 strategy to accelerate business recovery to pre-pandemic conditions.

Muhammad Awaluddin said that the Business Recovery strategy was established by looking at the latest developments where vaccines were available.

"In this Business Recovery strategy there are a number of programs, one of which is the Corporate Renewal Program so that PT Angkasa Pura II can always adapt to keep up with the momentum of economic recovery."

Furthermore, Muhammad Awaluddin explained that in the Corporate Renewal Program there were 3 main focuses, namely Lean Operations to ensure operations remained lean so that they could adapt to all conditions (operational excellence), then Digital Leading so that the technological leadership aspects remained dominant in supporting operations and services ( digital experience), and Leapfrogging the Corporation so that the company can make various breakthroughs by always looking for various business opportunities (business exploration).
