Transformation 2.0 is carried out in 2020-2024 with development programs on the aspects of Business & Portfolio Transformation, Infrastructure & Operation System Transformation, and Human Capital Transformation.
A number of achievements in accordance with the Transformation 2.0 program have been achieved by PT Angkasa Pura II this year, where these achievements have received appreciation from various institutions.
Most recently, the institutions that expressed appreciation were the National Consumer Protection Agency (BPKN), then PR Indonesia and Warta Ekonomi.

BPKN today, Monday 30 November 2020, gave the Diamond category award, which is the highest award in Raksa Nugraha - Indonesia Consumer Protection Award 2020.
This award is given to any entity that cares about consumer protection. The assessment is conducted using a rating approach, and emphasizes the consumer protection system that is planned, implemented and improved by the entity. One of the assessment instruments is a questionnaire.

On 29 November 2020, flight traffic at Soekarno-Hatta Airport again scored its highest daily figures amid this pandemic with 722 flights consisting of 363 departures and 359 arrivals.
Previously, the highest number on a daily basis was on November 20, 2020 with 705 flights.
