Jakarta - In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, Soekarno-Hatta Airport supports safe flights under the Travel Corridor Arrangement (TCA) scheme between Indonesia and three countries, namely the United Arab Emirates, South Korea and China.

President Director of PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Muhammad Awaluddin said stakeholders at Soekarno-Hatta Airport had full coordination in preparing facilities, facilities and infrastructure so that the TCA would run smoothly.

"Soekarno-Hatta Airport as the country's main gateway has an important role in maintaining Indonesia's connectivity with other countries, and in line with that, PT Angkasa Pura II together with all stakeholders ensures that the TCA initiated by the government can run smoothly."

"This TCA aims to facilitate the convenience of special business, economic, diplomatic and official trips," explained Muhammad Awaluddin.

The following is the Travel Corridor Arrangement (TCA) that is already running at Soekarno-Hatta Airport:

1. TCA Indonesia - United Arab Emirates / PEA (United Arab Emirates / UAE)
This scheme is effective July 29, 2020 and Soekarno-Hatta Airport is one of 4 airports that are entry points in this scheme. Another airport managed by PT Angkasa Pura II is also an entry point, namely Kualanamu Airport in Deli Serdang, North Sumatra.
The requirements for Indonesian citizens or PEA citizens to be able to take advantage of this TCA scheme can be seen on the official website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs

2. TCA Indonesia - South Korea
This scheme is effective on 17 August 2020 for entry points at 4 national airports, two of which are managed by PT Angkasa Pura II, namely Soekarno-Hatta Airport and Kualanamu Airport. Complete requirements for Indonesian citizens or South Korean citizens to be able to take advantage of this scheme can be seen on the official website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

3. TCA Indonesia - China
Effective from 20 August 2020, this scheme applies to all Indonesian airports including Soekarno-Hatta Airport. Complete procedures and requirements for Indonesian citizens or Chinese citizens to take advantage of this scheme can be seen on the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

PT Angkasa Pura II is committed to always maintaining international connectivity in Indonesia, "explained Muhammad Awaluddin.

TCA Indonesia - Singapore
In the near future, the plan is that on October 26, 2020, Soekarno-Hatta Airport will add a TCA between Indonesia and Singapore.

Preparation for the Indonesia - Singapore TCA scheme is currently being carried out by PT Angkasa Pura II with stakeholders at Soekarno-Hatta Airport, namely the Airport Authority, the Port Health Office of the Ministry of Health (KKP Kemenkes), Immigration, Customs, Quarantine Centers, airlines, ground handling parties. .

Muhammad Awaluddin said, "One that is being prepared at Soekarno-Hatta Airport is laboratory test facilities to conduct PCR tests on passengers from Singapore who are included in the TCA scheme."

The flow of arrival for passengers from Singapore is: traveler landing at the arrival terminal, then heading to the e-HAC application check point clearance, then processing immigration and customs, then heading to the PCR test check point.
