Ministry of SOE Appoints New Commissioner at PT Angkasa Pura II

Jakarta - The Ministry of SOE appointed a new commissioner at PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) today, Monday 27 April 2020.

In accordance with the Decree of the Minister of SOEs as the General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company (Persero) PT Angkasa Pura II Number: SK - 127 / MBU / 04/2020 concerning Dismissal and Appointment of Members of the Board of Commissioners of the Company of the Company (Persero) PT Angkasa Pura II, as follows newly appointed commissioners:

- Agus Santoso as President Commissioner and Independent Commissioner
- Mochtar Husein as Deputy Commissioner
- Abdul Muis as Independent Commissioner
- Tubagus Fiki Chikara Satari as Commissioner

The SOE Ministerial Decree also honorably dismissed:

- Mujahidin Harpin Ondeh as Independent Commissioner
- Iswan Elmi as Commissioner
- Mohamad Pramintohadi Sukarno as Commissioner

PT Angkasa Pura II President Director Muhammad Awaluddin thanked the contribution and role of the board of commissioners who had been respectfully dismissed so as to make PT Angkasa Pura II able to bring the national air transportation sector to a much better level.

Meanwhile, Muhammad Awaluddin continued, the presence of the newly appointed commissioner will further strengthen the position of PT Angkasa Pura II as The Leading Indonesia’s Airport Company.

"The board of commissioners is very instrumental in developing PT Angkasa Pura II and strengthening the company's position as The Leading Indonesia’s Airport Company so that it can bring the national air transportation sector to a higher level, and bring the company to the name of Indonesia at a global level," said Muhammad Awaluddin.

The following is the board of commissioners of PT Angkasa Pura II as of 27 April 2020:

- Agus Santoso as President Commissioner and Independent Commissioner
- Mochtar Husein as Deputy Commissioner
- Abdul Muis as Independent Commissioner
- Tubagus Fiki Chikara Satari as Commissioner
- Andus Winarno as Commissioner
- Dodi Iskandar as Commissioner

The President Commissioner of PT Angkasa Pura II Agus Santoso previously served as President Commissioner of PT Garuda Indonesia Tbk and Director General of Civil Aviation at the Ministry of Transportation.
