PT Angkasa Pura II Wins Award in the Field of Public Relations

Jakarta - Public Relations Performance of PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) received appreciation from the public.

In the award that was broadcast live on Youtube on April 20, 2020, PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) won an award at the PR Indonesia Awards 2020, namely 3 Silver Winner awards and 2 Gold Winner awards.

The Gold Winners Award won was a sub-category of BUMN from Public Relations and Crisis Management.

Meanwhile, the Silver Winner in the BUMN category was in the Video Profile, Annual Report and Brand Guidelines category.

PT Angkasa Pura II Corporate Communication VP Yado Yarismano hopes that this award can contribute to the progress of the national aviation industry, particularly those relating to information services to the public.

"We are committed to conveying a variety of useful information to the public, especially regarding various services, operations and airport development that have an impact on improving service standards in the national air transportation sector. The PR Indonesia Awards are a trigger for us to become better."

PR Indonesia Awards 2020 is an event which is attended by more than 100 companies and organizations consisting of ministries, institutions, BUMN, subsidiaries of BUMN, BUMD, regional companies, private companies, provincial / city / district governments.

The judging took place March 3-5 2020 and involved 13 judges from among senior PR practitioners, journalists, senior academics to the Gurus PR.

One focus of corporate communication is on issues surrounding COVID-19 for internal and external audiences.

In the current internal communication campaign is related to labor protection or labor protection, as well as various latest information about company developments.

PT Angkasa Pura II currently manages 19 airports in Indonesia including Soekarno-Hatta which is the largest and busiest airport in Indonesia.
