PT Angkasa Pura II Provides Access to Information Regarding Travel Advisory for Travelers in the Middle of Pandemic COVID-19

Jakarta - PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) regularly conveys various information related to COVID-19 so that the traveler can prepare everything before traveling.

Such information can be accessed by travelers or airport visitors through the company's official website www.angkasapura2.co.id and the Indonesia Airports mobile app on iOS and Android, plus 138 contact centers, as well as Twitter and instragram accounts from each of the airports managed by PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero).

As for the Indonesia Airports website and mobile app application, PT Angkasa Pura II has prepared a pop up link containing information on the latest policies, travel advisories and efforts to prevent the spread of COVID-19 at the company's 19 airports.

Pop up links on the website in the form of a floating bar located at the top of the page. Meanwhile, the pop-up link on the Indonesia Airports mobile app can be found shortly after we open the application on a smartphone.

PT Angkasa Pura II President Director Muhammad Awaluddin said information related to COVID-19 was very dynamic and quite a lot had a direct effect on the aviation sector including airports under the company.

So, continued Muhammad Awaluddin, it is very important to convey the latest information as soon as possible to the traveler and the public.

"Various information or policies from airlines, the Indonesian government and other countries, especially those that have an impact on services or flights at PT Angkasa Pura II airports, will always be updated throughout all our communication media."

"In order for travelers and the public to easily and quickly find out the newly released policies, we make a pop up link on the Indonesia Airports website and mobile app application which contains the latest policies, travel advisory and other important information delivered in Indonesian and English. The rapid delivery of information and policies related to COVID-19 is one of the main things for PT Angkasa Pura II in order to eliminate confusion for the traveler and the public.

"We are trying to ensure that travelers at 19 PT Angkasa Pura II airports can get information that is fast, accurate and comes from clear sources to clear up any doubts or confusion regarding their trip," Muhammad Awaluddin said.
