Jakarta - PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) implemented a work from home (WFH) policy from March 16, 2020 to March 31, 2020, or until further notice.
Fully WFH policy has been implemented today, March 16, 2020, for all employees serving in the Head Office Building 600, Soekarno-Hatta Airport area.
Then gradually WFH was also applied in the Division Offices, 19 Branch Offices, and all subsidiaries.
PT Angkasa Pura II President Director Muhammad Awaluddin said the WFH protocol was implemented as part of efforts to protect the company's human resources amid the challenges of the spread of COVID-19.
"The total number of employees of PT Angkasa Pura II is around 10,000 employees, not including employees in the subsidiary. As an effort to prevent the spread of COVID-19, we apply the concept of Social Distancing in working through this WFH policy. This policy does not reduce the income received by employees every month. "
"PT Angkasa Pura II is very ready to run WFH, because we already have an SAP Enterprise Resources Planning [ERP] system that has back office functions such as financial administration, commercial and human capital. In addition, there is also the Electronic Document System [Si Doel] application. All of them can be accessed by each employee's notebook, to work remotely, "said Muhammad Awaluddin.
In addition, continued Muhammad Awaluddin, employees can also access internal applications namely iPerform through Android and iOS, which include mobile learning and operational activities at PT Angkasa Pura II airports.
The WFH at PT Angkasa Pura II carries the concept of Split Team, where resources in each Work Unit are divided into 2 teams while still paying attention to optimization. Every day, each team will take turns working at home and in the office. For example, Team A works at home Monday-Wednesday-Friday, and Team B Tuesday-Thursday.
Meanwhile WFH is in full effect every day for employees aged 50 years and over, have a history of respiratory or lung disease in the last 2 years, as well as in an unhealthy condition.
"We hope that this WFH policy is able to optimally protect all employees of PT Angkasa Pura II," said Muhammad Awaluddin.
PT Angkasa Pura II also made adjustments to the working hours of airport operational employees so that aspects of service, security and safety at all PT Angkasa Pura II airports are maintained.
