The Ministry of BUMN Establishes New Directors of PT Angkasa Pura II
Jakarta - The Ministry of BUMN has appointed four new directors at PT Angkasa Pura II.
This is in accordance with the Decree of the Minister of SOEs as the General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company (Persero) of PT Angkasa Pura II Number: SK - 67 / MBU / 03/2020 concerning the Dismissal and Appointment of Members of the Directors of the Company of the Company (Persero) PT Angkasa Pura II .
PT Angkasa Pura II Corporate Secretary Deni Krisnowibowo said the decree was submitted today, Monday 2 March 2020.
"The decree was handed over to the Ministry of BUMN by Plt. Deputy of Energy, Logistics, Regions and Tourism of the Ministry of BUMN Hendrika Nora O. Sinaga to each new director, "said Deni Krisnowibowo.
The newly appointed directors are:
- Agus Wialdi as Technical Director
- Ghamal Peris Aulia as Commercial Director
- Muhammad Wasid as Director of Operations and Services
- Wiweko Probojakti as Finance Director
Through the same decree, the Ministry of BUMN also confirmed the dismissal of:
- Daan Achmad as Commercial Director
- Djoko Murjatmodjo as Technical Director
- Ituk Herarindri as Director of Operations and Services
- Bayu Rafisukmawan as Director of Finance
So, now the board of directors of PT Angkasa Pura II is as follows:
- Muhammad Awaluddin as President Director
- Edwin Hidayat as Deputy President Director
- Armand Hermawan as Director of Transformation and Strategic Portfolio
- Ajar Setiadi as Human Capital Director
