Concierge Express: Best Selling Check-in and Helper Premium Assistance Services at Soekarno-Hatta Airport

Jakarta - Innovation Express service innovation at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport received a positive response from aircraft passengers.

The demand for aircraft passengers for assistance in processing check-in and premium helper services to help carry luggage is very high.

Following this, the Concierge Express service will be expanded. Concierge Express is now available in Terminal 3 and starting in October 2019 it was expanded to Terminals 1 and 2.

This service is provided by PT Angkasa Pura Solusi (APS) which is a subsidiary of PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero).

Ph. APS President Director Yundriati Erdani said the decision to expand services following similar requests in Terminals 1 and 2, as well as seeing a positive performance in Terminal 3.

"In Terminal 3, demand is very high, 80% to serve passengers on international routes. We are optimistic that this Concierge Express will also be very popular in Terminals 1 and 2."

"In fact, we have also prepared plans for Concierge Express to also be available at other Angkasa Pura II airports," Yundriati Erdani explained.

Yundriati Erdani added that ease in ordering Concierge Express and affordable tariffs were the main reasons this service was excellent for airline passengers.

"You can simply order this service through the Indonesia Airports application, which can be downloaded at the Appstore and Play Store. In addition, reservations can also be made directly at the booth at the terminal," said Yundriati Erdani.

The Concierge Express rate is IDR 50,000 for check-in assistance services, and premium helper services to help carry a maximum of 3 baggage.

Concierge Express personnel can now be found easily in Terminal 3, using special business attire uniforms namely suits and vests. In addition, they also have gagdet to support the smooth running of the task.

The total number of Concierge Express personnel currently reaches 58 people who are ready to serve every day starting at 05.00 WIB until 23.00 WIB.

VP of Corporate Communications Angkasa Pura II Yado Yarismano said that Concierge Express is an effort to diversify types of services for passenger aircraft at airports managed by the company.

"We strive to present a complete service with a variety of choices for airplane passengers to enhance a good customer experience," Yado Yarismano explained.

In the future Angkasa Pura II is committed to presenting a variety of new innovations in order to improve services for aircraft passengers.
