The moment of the 34th Anniversary of PT Angkasa Pura II on August 13, 2018, the 73rd anniversary of the Republic of Indonesia on August 17, 2018 to the biggest Asian sporting event, the 2018 Asian Games during the period of August 18 2018 - September 2 2018 was a momentum that was greatly noticed Angkasa Pura II.

During the period of August to October 2018, Angkasa Pura II prepared a number of activities for the Customer Happiness Program as part of service to passengers, namely Birthday on Airport where passengers are birthday and will fly together with PT Angkasa Pura II's Anniversary; Mini Sport Games at Sport Corner, which is a competition between employees of PT Angkasa Pura II and passengers consisting of futsal, billiards, fussball, table tennis; Last Minute Souvenir - Giving souvenirs to Asian Games athletes when returning; The Airport Coloring Festival is a coloring competition in the Kids Corner area; Regional Cultural Arts Performance where there will be regional art performances such as traditional dances and musical instruments; Exhibition of business products from Angkasa Pura II fostered partners; up to the 2018 Selfie Spot Asian Games where passengers can capture the Asian Games moments at the airport in 3D background.

Muhammad Awaluddin, President Director of Angkasa Pura II stated, "The series of activities of Angkasa Pura II's Customer Happiness is one of our enthusiasm in enlivening the biggest sports party in Asia, both for Asian Games athletes and passengers passing through airports managed by Angkasa Pura II. "

Not only that, a number of other Customer Happiness activities such as Photo Booth 180 degree; Border-free Painting Exhibition; Talent performances from Jember Fashion Carnaval; Kamoro-Papua Tribe Culture Exhibition; Wonderful Indonesia Totem Photo Exhibition which is a collaboration between Angkasa Pura II and the Ministry of Tourism with Nusantara Tourism photo objects; Rain Forest and Spot Artwork that depicts the map of the Indonesian archipelago, Face of Indonesia, has been prepared by Angkasa Pura II to enliven the 2018 Asian Games event.

Up to now, the number of athletes and officials who have come through Soekarno-Hatta International Airport reaches around 11600 people and at Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II Airport in Palembang there are around 4100 people with a total of 15700 athletes and officials. While the number of athletes and officials who have left home reached 1670 people.
