Complete Terminal Operation Center is present at all Soekarno-Hatta International Airport Terminals

Tangerang - PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) has officially completed the Terminal Operation Center (TOC) at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. TOC, which is located in terminal 2, was officially operated on last September 20th, is a complement to the previously operating TOC in terminal 1 and terminal 3.

President Director of Angkasa Pura II, Muhammad Awaluddin said, "The operation of the TOC in terminal 2 is a manifestation of Angkasa Pura II's management commitment to continue to innovate in developing digital airports and provide excellent service for service users". The presence of the TOC at the Soekarno-Hatta International Airport terminal can be called a god's eye, because there are 3 vital things that can be done to help management in operating and managing the system in the terminal, namely quick response, early warning system detection, and supported operating effectiveness of approximately 1900 CCTV in all areas of Soekarno-Hatta International Airport.

The complete presence of the TOC in all terminals indicates that the Soekarno-Hatta International Airport has a foundation for the airport operating platform for a strong Airport Operation Management System because it is supported by state-of-the art technology implementation. This operating platform is very much needed to ensure and support the complexity of all operations and services at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport running well and smoothly. The CGK is currently the airport that serves the most passengers in Indonesia and has the highest connectivity number 2 in the Asia Pacific and in 2018 it is estimated to serve as many as 67 million passengers.

The operation of all TOCs in terminal 1, terminal 2, and terminal 3 of Soekarno-Hatta International Airport will be a supporting unit for the speed of operation at the CGK AOCC (Airport Operation Control Center) which is currently in full operation preparation.
