Requirements to Indonesia in accordance with SE Kemenhub 74/2021

REQUIREMENTS FOR INDONESIAN CITIZENS & FOREIGNERS WHO WILL FLY TO THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA
(Based on Ministry of Transportation Circular Letter Number 74 the Year 2021)
Apply on September 17, 2021 until further notice.

FLIGHT REQUIREMENTS WHEN ENTERING INDONESIA
A negative result of  RT-PCR test (3x24 hours prior departure)
Required to use the PeduliLindungi mobile app
Present a vaccine card/certificate (full dose vaccine)
Indonesian citizens & foreigners who have not received the vaccines abroad will be vaccinated upon quarantine after the second RT-PCR examination with a negative result. Following the vaccination provision for foreigners: Aged 12-17 years old, Holders of diplomatic residence permits and official residence permits, or KITAS and KITAP holders
For foreigners who enter within the Republic of Indonesia, territories are required to have health insurance/travel insurance
Upon arrival, an RT-PCR retest will be conducted at the arrival airport

Exemption for presenting a Covid-19 vaccine card/certificate to:
Foreigners who hold diplomatic visas and official visas related to official/state visits of the foreign official at the Ministerial level and above and foreigners who enter Indonesia with the Travel Corridor Arrangement scheme
Foreigners who intend to travel domestically and continue with the aim of taking international flights out of the Republic of Indonesia territories (not leaving the airport area upon transit) with the following conditions: Have obtained permission from the local port health office and present flight ticket schedules outside Indonesia for direct transit from the city departure to the airport within the Republic of Indonesia with the final destination to the destination country
International travellers under 18 years old
International travellers with a special health condition or comorbid illness

CARRYING OUT QUARANTINE, WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
8x24 hours centralized quarantine
For Indonesian citizens within the category of Migrant Workers, Students, and Civil Servant, all costs are borne by the Indonesian Government (Foreigners & Indonesian citizens outside of these criteria shall be borne by the travellers)
Special for Head of Foreign Missions and their families are allowed to undertake quarantine at their respective residence for 8x24 hours
Foreigners and Indonesian citizens will be examined the second RT-PCR test on the 7th day of quarantine
If the result of the 7th day RT-PCR test are negative allowed to continue the travelling and are required to self-quarantine for 14 days as well as applying health protocol
If the results of the 7th RT-PCR test are positive, treatment will be carried out in the hospital for Indonesian citizens at the expense of the government, while foreigners at their own expense

OTHER CONDITIONS
Following Health Protocols
Compulsory to fill in Indonesian International E-HAC through the PeduliLindungi mobile app
Foreigners who are already in Indonesia and are going to travel, whether domestically or internationally, are required to carry out vaccination through a program or mutual cooperation scheme in accordance with the laws and regulations

*The entrance restriction for international travel to Indonesia can only be carried out through Soekarno-Hatta Airport (CGK) and Sam Ratulangi Airport (MDC)
